A Continental Airlines Boeing 777 has had to make an emergency landing at Newark Liberty International Airport after the pilot died at the controls.
The two co-pilots managed to land the plane safely without any reported harm to the 247 passengers, who were on the flight from Brussels to New York.

The pilot, who had been with Continental Airlines for over 20 years was 61 years old and is said to have died from natural causes.
