Superclubs relaxes booking rules for Jamaica

SuperClubs is waivering all change fees related to land-based resort bookings for guests traveling to Jamaica effective immediately. Guests with vacations booked at a SuperClubs Resort through August 24, 2007, can reschedule their vacations at no penalty as long as travel is completed by December 20, 2007.  SuperClubs will guarantee the rate paid for the original vacation booking on newly rescheduled dates.

This applies to SuperClubs Resorts and its affiliate hotels in Jamaica, namely: Grand Lido Negril Resort & Spa, Grand Lido Braco Resort & Spa, Breezes Runaway Bay, Breezes Montego Bay, Hedonism II and Hedonism III, Starfish Trelawny, Negril Beach Villa and Rooms on the Beach, Ocho Rios.

“We’re anticipating travel disruptions starting this weekend due to Hurricane Dean, and would like to allay at least one guest worry:  their SuperClubs’ vacations will be protected and if they would like to travel on alternate dates, they can do so at no extra cost,” said SuperClubs’ executive chairman, John Issa.
