Air New Zealand Ltd says its flabbergasted and astounded by a proposed decision by the competition watchdog to deny authorisation for a network agreement on the trans-Tasman route with Qantas Airways Ltd. Chief financial officer Rob McDonald said a preliminary review of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) draft determination had highlighted a number of inconsistencies.
