Legacy wins Ghana contract

Legacy has announced that they have been
awarded the management marketing and development contract for Labadi Beach
Hotel in Accra, Ghana.Set amidst tropical landscaped gardens, adjacent to one of Ghana’s most
popular beaches in the country’s administrative, communications, and
economic centre, the Labadi Beach Hotel caters for the business and
leisure traveller.

Presenting 100 spacious double and twin rooms and an additional 4 luxury
suites, complete with conferencing and banqueting facilities, the hotel
has earned its reputation as being the most sought after business venue in
the country.  A refurbishment of soft finishes and bathrooms is planned to
be completed by the end of the first quarter in 2007.

Facilities at this beach-front hotel include two paraplegic rooms, bars
and restaurants, a business centre, conference and banqueting facilities
for up to 250 delegates, swimming pool with adjacent children’s pool, a
health club offering a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna and massage
facilities, volleyball court and two flood-lit tennis courts.

Adrian is no stranger to managing exclusive properties in Africa. His
experience includes holding the positions of General Manager at the
five-star Royal Palm in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and the prestigious
Michelangelo Towers and Raphael Penthouse Suites in Sandton Central, South
Africa.
