Sabre adds corporate airline

Eos is adding its flight schedules and fares to the Sabre GDS (global distribution system).Eos Airlines flies daily between London’s Stansted airport and New York’s JFK.  The airline code for the new carrier is EO.

Eos completely redesigned the interior of a fleet of Boeing 757s that are normally configured with 220 seats into a travel space for only 48 guests.  It is setting a new standard for premium transatlantic travel by offering each guest 40 percent more personal space than ordinary business class, and providing un-congested access to London through Stansted.

“The fact that Sabre can provide us with outstanding access to the high-yield corporate traveller was of great interest to us,” said Christopher Frawley, vice president of distribution at Eos.  “This is a terrific match for our corporate-focused product. “

“Eos is the latest airline that will benefit from Sabre’s efficient marketplace,” said Richard Adams, Sabre Travel Network’s senior vice-president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  “The depth and breadth of this marketplace gives airlines access to the world’s largest global agency reseller network, with more than 50,000 travel agencies and more than 100,000 points of sale in 113 countries reaching millions of consumers, and can market an airline’s products in places where they do not have brand recognition.”
