Eos joins Sabre network

Sabre Travel Network has tied up a deal for all of the flight schedules and fares of Eos Airlines which will now be available for access and sale to the Sabre global distribution system.
Eos Airlines offers a single premium class service on its daily flights between New York’s JFK airport and London’s Stansted airport. Eos completely redesigned the interior of a fleet of Boeing 757s that are normally configured with 220 seats into a travel space for only 48 guests. Eos is setting the new standard for premium transatlantic travel by offering each guest 40 percent more personal space than ordinary business class and providing uncongested access to London’s business centers via Stansted.

“The fact that Sabre can provide us with outstanding access to the high yield corporate traveler was of great interest to Eos,” said Christopher Frawley, vice president of distribution at Eos. “This is a terrific match for our corporate focused product.”
“Eos is the latest airline that will benefit from Sabre’s efficient marketplace,” said Hugh Jones, senior vice president for Sabre Travel Network. “The depth and breadth of this marketplace gives airlines access to the world’s largest global agency reseller network with more than 50,000 travel agencies and more than 100,000 points of sale in 113 countries selling their products to millions of consumers, and can market an airline’s products in places where they do not have brand recognition.”
