Nevis N.I.C.H.E. Offers Local Discount

Nevis International Culinary Heritage Exposition October 22 - 29, 2005
offers local residents daily rates for cooking demonstrations and luncheons
on island.
Nevis, West Indies - October 5, 2005 - Culinary aficionados from all across
the USA will converge on Nevis October 22-29, 2005 for the first annual
Nevis International Culinary Heritage Exposition (N.I.C.H.E.) organized by
the Nevis Tourism Authority.

Guests attending the week-long program will enjoy daily cooking
demonstrations, seminars, cocktails and gourmet lunches and dinners prepared
by chefs from around the world - including Wayne Nish of New York’s
top-rated March Restaurant. In addition, there will be special seminars
focused on pairing cheese and wine led by Marc Refabert, founder of
Fromages.com, the world’s leading cheese web site.

Local residents are encouraged to participate in the program by enrolling in
the weeklong session or choosing to attend select daily programs featuring
three fabulous morning cooking demonstrations with the chefs and gourmet
luncheons with special cheese and wine pairing seminars included.  The daily
program will be offered Tuesday, October 25, Wednesday October 26 and
Thursday, October 27 on the terrace at The Old Manor Plantation Inn.  The
daily fee for individual sessions is US$125.00 per person. A three day
package is US$300.00 per person.
