Cooking it up at Laluna

Laluna’s brand new “Taste of Laluna” Cooking Package is all about having fun. Guests have the opportunity to spend time, one-on-one, with Laluna’s Sicilian chef Benedetto La Fiura and prepare Italian dishes just like a true “Soprano.” Chef La Fiura has been with the resort since the beginning and specializes in authentic Italian cuisine as well as Caribbean dishes from the freshest local ingredients that he prepares daily.The “Taste of Laluna” package also allows guests to taste some unique Italian wines and prepare Laluna-style cocktails with Food & Beverage Manager, Devin Nelles, who is responsible for stocking the resort’s wine cellar with wines from different and little known regions of Italy.

The rate of the package is US$5,345 from now to December 19th, 2005; $6,780 from December 20th, 2005 to April 13th, 2006; and $5,345 from April 14th, 2006 to May 31st, 2006.
