The AmericInn Lodging System
celebrated the achievement of a milestone on June 30, 2005 with the opening of
the chain’s 200th location in Jackson, Minnesota.  Encompassing 10,604 guest
rooms in 21 states, the AmericInn brand has become one of the most rapidly
growing lodging systems in the hospitality industry.“The opening of our 200th property is a wonderful occasion for us to look
back at our accomplishments, but an even better time to look ahead,” said
Arnold Angeloni, chief executive officer of AmericInn International, LLC.  “We
believe we have a great concept built around the promise of ‘Quiet Nights,
Rest Assured’ and a tremendous group of franchisees who are committed, engaged
and who strive to provide our guests with a consistent, high-quality lodging
experience.  We’re very excited about the future.”
  The 200th AmericInn, a 52-room Lodge & Suites, owned by KAAT Development,
LLC and managed by Three Rivers Hospitality, LLC, represents a significant
milestone for the AmericInn Lodging System.  Located at 110 Belmont Lane, the
new AmericInn joins the franchise system in providing upscale lodging and top
notch services to the Jackson community and traveling guests.
  First opened in the early 1980s and formally organized as a franchise in
1984, the AmericInn Lodging System plans to maintain a steady pace of
development and expects to reach 300 locations by 2007.
