Farelogix and PASS Consulting Partnership

Farelogix and PASS Consulting announced today that they plan to market and distribute the PASS Virtual Travel Organizer (VTO) travel agency point of sale application
(POS) as a preferred POS integrated with the Farelogix FLXT Platform.
The partnership will provide travel service providers full control to
manage content from all sources - GDS sources, direct supplier
connections, web connections, and a variety of private sourced
databases.

PASS Consulting is a leading developer of independent multi-GDS
applications, serving as a point of sale tool for travel agents, travel
brokers, and travel departments within companies.  VTO combines
outstanding flexibility with many additional features including
integrated customer profiling, individualized look and feel on the web,
customizable workflow, on screen profit margins, and synchronized web
and GDS native interfaces.  With its unique multi-GDS capabilities, VTO
solves the challenges of multi-source customer servicing and agent
training with the easy to use, fully integrated system.

With this partnership, Farelogix delivers a complete full service agency
point of sale solution that is fully integrated with the FLXT Platform
allowing travel agencies full control for content aggregation from
multi-GDS sources, direct supplier connections, web connections, and a
variety of private sourced databases.

“VTO is a perfect match for Farelogix,” said Jim Davidson, CEO of
Farelogix. “There is a compelling need in the industry for a
multi-source, independent agency point of sale application and we see
VTO as one of the best available.  Allowing travel agency operations to
manage all sources of content provided by the FLX platform is critical
to their future success, and the VTO technology is independent of any
one specific data source and can be used to manage all the required
point of sale functionality”

Davidson continued, “Through our FLXT Technology Platform we provide
total flexibility and control to our customers by enabling easy access
and integration of multiple sources of travel content.  VTO enhances the
presentation of this content while providing the most robust GDS
independent point of sale application available.”

“PASS is very enthusiastic about our partnership with Farelogix.  Having
access to multi-sourced content while allowing the travel agency to
control the management of where bookings are done is a significant added
value at the point of sale,” said Michael Strauss, CEO of PASS
Consulting Corporation and Director of Travel Mgt. Solutions Worldwide.
“With VTO we see the opportunity of becoming the industry standard
virtual graphical user front end for agents, regardless of GDS
affiliation.”

A self-booking tool is also available ensuring easy interaction between
traveler and agent.
