KoolConnect Technologies and Catvision announced today that installation services are currently underway at Park Hyatt Dubai in the UAE. Park Hyatt Dubai has chosen to integrate KoolConnect’s Imagine Video-On-Demand solution, with installation and maintenance services provided by Catvision, as the hotel’s in-room entertainment provider.
The Imagine system, currently serving guests in over 5,000 rooms in the US, incorporates Video-On-Demand, HSIA (High-Speed Internet Access), Virtual Concierge Services, Express Checkout and more from a single source, and is specifically customized to fit the look and feel of the hotel.
