On 31st October 2005 Ritz-Carlton will unveil its long-awaited 365-room flagship property on Seven Mile Beach. ‘The Residences’, 69 luxury condominiums located adjacent to the hotel, will open in June.The resort blends the lush Caribbean backdrop with classic British-Colonial architecture and will feature the first La Prairie Spa in the Caribbean, five dining venues including two restaurants by Eric Ripert of New York restaurant Le Bernardin, a tennis centre by Nick Bollettieri, an Ambassadors of the Environment by Jean-Michel Cousteau children’s programme and a Greg Norman designed nine hole golf course.
