Breckenridge Central Reservations has selected InntopiaCRS to power their reservation center. Installation will take place early this summer. “This is the best product I have seen to enhance the sales skills of staff members and act as a virtual agent for the on-line consumer,” says Bill Wishowski, director of operations for Breckenridge Central Reservations. “InntopiaCRS provides administrative efficiencies that will allow us to control operating costs and do more with less.”

Breckenridge is familiar with the Inntopia platform. The Inntopia Booking engine has powered online reservation from their GoBreck.com website for several months. “The success of the on-line engine and the consistent support received by Inntopia were significant factors in our decision to choose InntopiaCRS for the enterprise-wide reservation system,” added Wishowski.

Breckenridge Central Reservations will also be the first InntopiaCRS installation that includes InntopiaAir, which offers integrated air bookings for both published and negotiated fares, rounding out Inntopia’s dynamic packaging features.
