Angsana Spa Opens at The Brehon Hotel

Angsana Spa has recently launched a new day spa at The Brehon Hotel in
Killarney, Ireland.  Renowned for its authentic Asian spa therapies,
Angsana Spa will be the first spa in Ireland to use Thai therapists and
demonstrate its signature rainmist treatment. 

The Spa will use top of the range spa facilities such as a caldarium,
steam room, sauna, heated pool, rasul, salt grotto and foot bath and
will have treatment rooms including a double deluxe room with shower and
bath tub, three single rooms with shower facilities and one single room
with a wash basin.  The solarium can be converted into a rainmist room
when needed. 
The Brehon Hotel, part of the Gleneagle Group, is set within 25,000
acres of woodland and mountain and is close to the town of Kerry,
popular with both leisure and business travellers from Europe and
America alike. 

Highlights of the Angsana spa treatments at the Brehon Hotel include:

Rainmist / Rainshower Specials:

A light rainmist shower stimulating pressure points and awakening
senses, followed by a body polish to improve circulation is then
completed with a rainshower, which has a waterfall effect for
invigoration. 

Guests can select a Jasmine Frangipani Sparkle body polish or a Lemon
Yoghurt Radiance body polish to precede the rainmist session.

Rasul Specials:

Rasul, a traditional Arabic cleansing treatment that takes place in a
tiled steam chamber.  Different therapeutic muds are applied to specific
parts of the body for detoxification.  Choice of three different Rasul
treatments: The ‘Classic Rasul’ for 90 minutes, the ‘Rasul Tone,’ which breaks up fatty tissue and eliminates toxins, or the ‘Rasul Delight’ - a complete 150 minute top to toe
conditioning treatment. 

Each treatment concludes with a soothing foot soak with aromatic oil.

Additional beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures and
waxing are available.
