Rafat Hemedany has recently been appointed as Charter Sales Manager with International Air Charter plc, one of the world’s largest independent aircraft charter brokers. He has been in the aviation industry since 1999, managing a B727-100 and Gulfstream III with VIP configuration for the aviation subsidiary of a large Saudi business group.
