Jeff Potter Joins Groople’s Board of Directors

Groople named Jeff Potter, CEO of Frontier Airlines to their Board of Directors.


ÊAs President and chief executive officer at Frontier Airlines Inc., Potter brings 24 years of aviation industry experience and expertise to Groople’s fast-paced expansion. Potter joined Frontier Airlines in 1995 as vice president of marketing after stints at Continental and Northwest. He left Frontier in 2000 to become president and CEO of Vanguard Airlines and then returned in May 2001 as chief operating officer, taking the president’s reins in August 2001 and adding the chief executive title less than a year later.

The news of Potter joining Groople’s board follows the recent announcement of the company’s partnership with Travelocity, a partnership that brings group travel efficiencies to the masses through Travelocity’s extensive reach and Groople’s technology and unrivaled functionality for booking groups online. In addition, Groople recently released its version 3.1 product, providing greater functionality to its customers and the company’s supplier partners.
