P-Com, Inc. today announced that its SPEEDLAN 9200 has been chosen to be a
significant part of the internet infrastructure for the Riyadh Marriott
Hotel in Saudi Arabia.Apral International Group (AIG), a leading systems integrator
headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has purchased P-Com’s SPEEDLAN 9200
to provide the Riyadh Marriott Hotel with internet service. The internet
service will serve the hotel, its guest rooms and restaurants. Apral

reputation for performance in the frequency-crowded environments, like
ours, due to its OFDM feature. In addition, SPEEDLAN 9200’s quick
deployment and easy remote monitoring and management capabilities, as well
as its proven performance in high temperature environments, made it the
choice for this project.”

“We are delighted that our distinguishing technological advantages have
allowed us to win new business in new end-markets,” said Beth Kahn, Vice
President License Exempt Products for P-Com. “Our superior engineering
provides customers and end-users with a high degree of flexibility, which
in turn allows them to use our products in highly strategic and innovative
circumstances. We look forward to helping our customers and end-users
discover new applications for our products, which we believe will help us
capture additional market share in the highly fragmented license-exempt
