Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman opens new rooms

The 53 renovated Beach Suites at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman on Seven Mile Beach are now open. The Beach Suites are a “hotel within a hotel,” featuring Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman’s new Vacation Planner offering customised service long before check in.The personalized service begins well in advance of the visit with a phone call from the guest’s own Vacation Planner. The guest’s Vacation Planner is responsible for making dinner reservations, planning guest activities and offers a grocery list of food and beverage items that are delivered to their room upon check-in. Upon arrival to Grand Cayman, the Vacation Planner meets each guest and personally escorts them to their suite where check-in takes place.

The new look of the elegant Beach Suites features luxurious bedding, furniture, amenities and artwork. New for this winter: a sun deck on the roof of the Beach Suites.

Each day guests are invited to take part in Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman’s signature daily activities, which include everything from pastry demonstrations, celebration of romance at Seven Mile Beach Bar, cocktails at the turtle pool and sushi making, to family photos on the beach. The Vacation Planner emails guest’s family photo to the desired address. Everyday, a concierge is available daily in the lobby from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Grand Cayman’s scuba diving is better than ever. Enthusiasts will delight when they visit new underwater dive sites which are easily accessed by reserving dive times through Red Sail Sports, Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman’s exclusive provider of water sports activities. All water sports, catamarans and sunset cruises leave from Hyatt’s private dock located at the resort.

As the first Grand Cayman resort to offer wireless internet to its guests, Wi-Fi, as it’s also known, is newly operational and more powerful.
