LAN CHILE’s first/business class ranked number nine in the top international airlines category in this year’s Travel + Leisure 2004 World’s Best Awards.
This year’s results, in which readers named their top hotels, cities, islands, cruise lines, outfitters, airlines and car-rental agencies from around the world by rating their recent experiences, were based on 425,105 evaluations, the most comprehensive and competitive in the magazine’s history. Readers were asked to rank airlines based on five categories, including cabin comfort, food, in-flight service, customer service and value.
“We want to thank all of our passengers for bestowing this honor upon us as yet another testament to LAN CHILE’s ongoing effort to provide the highest level and excellence of service,” said Pablo Montesinos, LAN CHILE’s Vice President North/Central America and Asia. “These awards reflect the priority that LAN CHILE gives to delivering a product of worldwide excellence with the most elevated standards of security, and was awarded by our passengers, which demonstrates that our efforts have been successful.”
The LAN service alliance participating airlines LAN CHILE, LAN PERU, LAN ECUADOR and LAN DOMINICANA offer a united spirit of reliability and charm that provides passengers the highest level of service and safety with the complete travel experience throughout the skies of the Americas.
