LAN CHILE’s first/business class ranked number nine in the top international airlines category in this year’s Travel + Leisure 2004 World’s Best Awards.

This year’s results, in which readers named their top hotels, cities, islands, cruise lines, outfitters, airlines and car-rental agencies from around the world by rating their recent experiences, were based on 425,105 evaluations, the most comprehensive and competitive in the magazine’s history. Readers were asked to rank airlines based on five categories, including cabin comfort, food, in-flight service, customer service and value.
