BodyHoliday introduces the ‘new’ Oasis spa

The BodyHoliday at LeSPORT, St. Lucia, has greatly enhanced its Oasis spa facility. The year-long project is now complete with therapists fully trained in new treatments and techniques, including a vast array of Ayurvedic, holistic and rejuvenation therapies and rituals. Along with the new spa menu, the facility’s 34 treatment rooms have been totally upgraded and refurbished. Spa Director Eve Joseph of the UK has initiated these changes and brought in Jane Ross as Spa Manager.
Guests of the resort still receive one treatment daily included in The BodyHoliday’s rate-except for day of arrival and day of departure-and now there are separate menus for men and women.

Elemis techniques and products, which are organic and of the highest quality, are now featured for the exceptionally luxuriating and caring treatments.

Offerings include body treatments, facials, wraps, hydrotherapy, nurturing massage for mothers-to-be, and much more. Guests can opt for additional treatments or couples’ therapies at an added cost.

Ayurveda rituals include Abhyanga (synchronized massage by two therapists), Udvartana (detox and herbal steam), Mukhralepa (holistic facial), Prana Breath Therapy (for upper respiratory track conditions), yoga medicinal therapy and others. Ayoma products of natural herbal ingredients are used.

Depending on type of room and time of year, the daily per person rate based on double occupancy now through December 21, 2005 ranges from US$242-$463, except for the Christmas/New Year’s period. Garden view rooms for singles-with no supplementary charge-range from US$260-$388.
