Travelport Partners with Avis & Budget

today announced an agreement with Avis Rent A Car and Budget Rent A Car that deliver discounts on car rentals for Travelport corporate customers using Travelport’s complete “end-to-end” package of services that combines online booking, GDS, fulfillment and customer support from a single source.Announced as the three companies participate in the annual National Business Travel Association’s (NBTA) trade show and conference in Orlando, the agreement provides Travelport customers a market leading package of services including discounted rental rates and enhanced loyalty benefits.

The new car rental rates and options will be seamlessly integrated into Travelport’s online booking tool at companies employing Travelport’s complete solution of services and displayed for their users within car rental search results.

Although operating in separate divisions, Travelport, Avis and Budget are all owned by Cendant.
