There are some new additions to Bonaire’s hotels, the Golden Reef Inn formerly known as the Travellers Inn Bonaire and Hotel-Bonaire Inn, formerly the Friar’s Inn.Golden Reef Inn offers four air-conditioned studios with cable TV, in-room safe and a fully equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator, oven and range, microwave and coffeemaker. The Golden Reef Inn is located in the quiet residential area of Hato, only three minutes walk to the sea, and a short drive to Kralendijk. A one-bedroom home located on-site will be available in the next couple of months. The nightly room rate is US$48 per room. Packages including diving, car rental and snorkeling are also available. The hotel has also unveiled a new website which was designed by Bonaire-based Caribbean Design and Marketing Consultants.

Hotel-Bonaire Inn, formerly the Friar’s Inn, features 17 air-conditioned rooms each with an in-room safe, a terrace in front of the hotel where breakfast is served, and for divers an equipment rinse tank and a safe storage room. The hotel is located in Kralendijk a short walk from restaurants, shops and the beach. Activities, including diving and windsurfing, can be organized through the hotel. Room rates from US$34 per night.

Both hotels have new websites designed by Caribbean Design and Marketing Consultants.
