Grenada launches new website

Travellers looking to visit Grenada
now have more information available to assist them in planning their trips.
The Grenada Board of Tourism’s newly updated website at
www.grenadagrenadines.com now includes detailed information on the island’s
(and its sister islands of both Carriacou and Petite Martinique) colourful
annual events and festivals as well as its growing cruise sector.
The homepage constantly changes to reflect current events and festivals such
as Carnival, LaSource Sailing Festival, Carriacou Maroon Music Festival,
Carriacou Parang Festival, etc.

Additionally, a new “Cruise” section that
provides up-to-date information on the cruise lines that visit Grenada,
cruise schedules and the progression of a new cruise ship port, opening in
Grenada’s capital city this fall, is now available on the site.

“We are very proud of our annual events, many of which offer a truly unique
experience to travelers,” said William Joseph, Director of Tourism.
“Highlighting these events, along with our growing cruise sector on the
website, allows potential visitors to be kept abreast of the many exciting
things taking place in Grenada.”
