Travelport continues its leadership in policy management tools in this release with six new ways to implement travel policies. Introduced in 2003, Travelport’s Advanced Policy(tm) management tools deliver unprecedented flexibility to travel managers so they may easily integrate corporate preferences, negotiated rates and travel policy rules directly into the online booking tool for a systematic and streamlined approach to cost efficiency. In addition to applying policy to Web fares, customers may now create and apply detailed policies for individual air segments, scheduled arrival time, length of flight time, number of stops en route, type of car rental, and hotels in customer-specified cities.
