lastminute.com Extends Agreement with Thomas Cook

lastminute.com today announces that its subsidiary, Online Travel
Corporation plc (“OTC”) has agreed an extended contract to provide an
e-commerce platform for Thomas Cook.The contract, initially for a two year period to October 2005, has
been extended for three years to May 2007.

As part of the extended contract, Thomascook.com will use a
customised version of OTC’s systems for flights, hotels and its
Build-Your-Own (BYO) self-packaging technology, plus new systems for
car hire and insurance.  OTC also supplies a portfolio of financial
and administrative support systems, including web-based call center
support tools, e-ticketing, fulfillment and financial reconciliation
systems and real-time browser-based management information tools.

Brent Hoberman, CEO of lastminute.com, said: “We are pleased to get
