The Spa in the Forest Celebrates Two Years

November 2003, heralded the second anniversary of the renowned Cybele Spa known as the Spa in the Forest.  Although doors were closed for some major renovations, to both spa and main lodge, these are complete and so Cybele is ready to celebrate their 25th anniversary.The Spa in the Forest has been designed with generous space in mind and is made up of three treatment rooms, two beauty therapy rooms, a steam room, inside showers and private garden showers with multiple high-pressure jets.  Complimenting this is a wide range of professional treatments and therapies designed to relax and rejuvenate the body.  Renovations also included a new indoor hydrotherapy bath as well as a double treatment room ... ideal for couples!

Other new developments include the introduction of renowned Pevonia Botanica face, body and spa care range of products.  Pevonia is a complete, natural, botanical product line, which contains no alcohol, petroleum extract, colourants, chemicals fillers or artificial fragrance.  The range includes 240 specialized products and over 70 professional face and body treatments to ensure specific results orientated care.  Another new product is the Pure Man range of exclusive men’s skincare designed to improve the lifestyle of high achieving, active men by enhancing and adding value to their daily lives.

“What an amazing success this Spa in the Forest has been”, says Barbara Jeffries, owner of Cybele.  “In less than twenty-four months it has opened, been almost doubled in size and re-opened again.  Its success can only be attributed to the skills, enthusiasm and constant professionalism of the staff.”

The Gymnasium at Cybele, a further new addition to Cybele is now open with the ultimate in fitness equipment whilst Therapy, comprising a relaxing espresso, cappuccino and cocktail bar along with an exclusive gift emporium is soon to open.

At Cybele there’s lots to explore including forest walks to the nearby waterfall, horse riding, helicopter flips or simply soaking up the warm sun at one of the swimming pools.  But at the end of the day, it’s about getting away from it all and simply relaxing in the calm of a living forest.
