American Airlines and Cinemark Launch Summer Promotion

American Airlines and
Cinemark today announced the launch of a unique summer promotion that
offers Cinemark moviegoers AAdvantage(R) miles with the purchase of
Coca-Cola(R) fountain beverages.
The promotion offers Cinemark patrons 300 AAdvantage miles with the
purchase of three large Coca-Cola fountain drinks at any of Cinemark’s 188
U.S. theaters in 33 states. After earning 300 miles customers are
automatically entered for a chance to win one of five 50,000 AAdvantage
mile awards. Each subsequent purchase of a large Coca-Cola fountain drink
also earns an additional 100 AAdvantage miles.

“We are thrilled to help Cinemark moviegoers quench their thirst and
accumulate AAdvantage miles for their next big vacation, such as in Hawaii
or the Caribbean,” said Jeff Zidell, vice president of the AAdvantage
Marketing(SM) group at American Airlines. “Enjoying a Coke(R) and a summer
blockbuster at a Cinemark theater has never been quite so rewarding.”

“By bringing together two of the largest names in travel and entertainment
we really believe we’ve developed a promotion that will have great appeal
to the Cinemark customer,” said Maria Angles, director - Concession,
Cinemark USA.

The promotion is featured in Cinemark theaters with collateral and point-
of-purchase materials, and mileage deposit codes are delivered via a
peel-off label on large 44-ounce Coca-Cola fountain drink cups. Customers
