Invicta Group Inc. has announced the signing of a Letter of Intent to acquire a Caribbean tour operator that has trailing revenues exceeding US$2 million annually.The closing of the acquisition will be completed in less than 30 days. The Caribbean tour operator company will become the sixth wholly owned subsidiary of Invicta Group Inc.

Invicta acquired two subsidiaries in the first quarter (ISIP Telecom Group and Airplan Inc.) and opened offices in Las Vegas for newly formed subsidiary, Las Vegas Excitement, an on-line and off-line tour operator, offering Las Vegas travel and entertainment products to the public.

David Scott, COO of Invicta Group Inc. states: “We are pleased to add a Caribbean tour operator to our product mix; it will help Invicta increase revenues and profitability. We are targeting additional acquisitions that will offer our customers more travel options, and increase our database with new customers.”
