Maurice Flanagan, Emirates’ Vice Chairman and Group President, is seen receiving one of the three distinctive trophies won by the airline from Skytrax’s Chief Executive, Edward Plaisted. Emirates recently was declared Best Economy Class, Best Airline to the Middle East and second overall in the Best Airline category by Skytrax, the leading organisation in air transport research. The Skytrax Airline Survey is a poll of more than 10 million passengers and the awards are recognised as the most respected in the airline business.
