Every week it would seem that some ‘scientist’ or ‘nutritionist’ is touting a new means of healthy living. Well guess what, here is one more to add to the list. Thing is this one could actually be fun. REGGAEROBICS will be making its debut at this years annual Caribbean Week in NYC and looks set to go down a storm. If you want to catch New Yorkers in the act as they learn the next big trend to hit the alternative fitness lifestyle! Then head for NYC Wednesday, June 2, 2004 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.

ReggaeRobics is pitched as the inspirational fusion of an aerobic workout to the infectious rhythms of dancehall and reggae… apparently it will really get your heart pumping!

Jamaican instructors and dancers will be performing and teaching this
intriguing new workout to the people of New York at this year’s Caribbean Fair. The location will be the Bowling Green, Lower Manhattan (Broadway and Whitehall Streets).
