Delta and Sixt Announce Global Partnership

Delta Air Lines today announced a global partnership with German-based
Sixt Rent a Car, an international leader in vehicle rental-leasing and
limousine services. The agreement allows members of Delta’s SkyMiles
program to earn 500 miles for each vehicle rental booked with Sixt Rent a
Car and Limousine services worldwide.
Sixt Rent a Car offers car, van and limousine rentals in 51 countries
including locations as distant and diverse as Moscow, Madrid, Spain and
Johannesburg, South Africa. Sixt has more then 130,000 fine cars and the
largest Mercedes fleet worldwide.

“Delta is proud to partner with Sixt, an industry leader with a strong
presence in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East,” said Rick
Rasmussen, Delta’s general manager of International Partnerships. “This
new collaboration will allow SkyMiles members to earn a significant amount
of miles at more than 2,300 locations throughout the world.”

To celebrate the launch of the partnership, Sixt will offer SkyMiles
program members triple miles or 1,500 miles per rental at any worldwide
location from now until May 31, 2004.

SkyMiles Credit Card from American Express, AT&T telecommunication
services, EarthLink Internet services, participating hotels, car rental
companies, restaurants, floral purchases and financial, mortgage and
realty services. Miles may be redeemed for upgrades, Crown Room Club
memberships and Award Travel to more than 400 worldwide destinations.
