Richard S. Braddock announced today his resignation as Chairman of the Board of Directors
of priceline.com, effective immediately.
  “I have been involved with priceline.com in various capacities for
almost six years and feel it is now time to move on,” said Mr.
Braddock. “The Company is now solidly profitable and has a strong,
seasoned management team in whom I have a lot of confidence. I have a
variety of activities, some new, which are now taking a significant
portion of my time, but I leave behind a Company with good momentum
and strategic direction. I wish them the best.”
