Dining concept available in the suites on the 17th floor.  In association
with One-O-One restaurant, rated one of the best fish restaurants in London
by Square Meal for four years running, the hotel now offers some of the most
stylish and luxurious venues in London in which to host a bespoke event.
The exclusive Penthouse suites at the Knightsbridge hotel also offer some of
the best window tables in the world - with panoramic views of the London
skyline and famous landmarks.  At night the views of the lit up city add to
the intimate ambience of an exclusive dining salon seventeen floors up.

Franck Hardy, Restaurant Manager, One-O-One and his team will tailor-make
unique dining events for two to ten people.  Chef Pascal Proyart has
created an exclusive collection of menus for the penthouse dinner guests.
Each menu is accompanied with a wine recommendation by Sommelier Alessandro
Bonuzzi.  Guests can also chose from the impressive new One-O-One wine list
comprising of 101 wines from around the world.
