To qualify for the promotion, OnePass members must first register at

tickets may be redeemed for travel between Sept. 1, 2004 and June 15,
2005. Free tickets are capacity controlled, require a Saturday night stay
and are subject to a 14-day advance-booking requirement. Certain blackout
dates apply. Members can earn a total of two free trips during the
promotion period.

To qualify for a free ticket, customers must be a member of Continental’s
OnePass frequent flyer program and reside in the United States, Canada,
Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Instant enrollment in OnePass can
be completed online at continental.com.

Qualifying travel may not be booked in Q, I, S, W, T, X and L classes of
service and economy class roundtrip tickets cannot include a Saturday
night stay. A valid e-mail address is required to receive the free ticket.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and fees including the Sept. 11
