US Airways is offering a “Buy Three Online, Get One Free*” program which
rewards customers with free* travel for purchasing tickets and flying on
US Airways, US Airways Express or US Airways Shuttle between Feb. 13, 2004
and June 15, 2004.
Customers can earn one free* travel award to any US Airways destination in
the U.S. or Canada for purchasing three qualifying roundtrip tickets at
usairways.com in First Class, Envoy Class or on select Coach fares (Y, B,
U, M, Q, and H fare classes). Coach fares booked in L, T, S, V and W fare
classes are excluded from this offer.

“With this offering, we hope to help customers take trips they might only
have dreamed about, just for using our easy and convenient Web site to
book their travel,” said B. Ben Baldanza, US Airways senior vice president
of marketing and planning.

* Passengers will be responsible for taxes and fees for award travel or
“free” tickets at the time of ticketing or prior to boarding. For domestic
itineraries, taxes and fees of up to $85 per roundtrip apply, which
include a $3 U.S. Federal excise tax imposed on each flight segment of the
itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and landing. Also
included may be passenger facility charges of up to $18 and the September
11 Security Fee of up to $10 per itinerary. For Canadian itineraries,
federal inspection fees of $7, Canadian airport improvement fees of up to
$8 and the Canadian Air Traveler Security Charge of $9 could apply.
Depending on the itinerary, some or all of the above may apply.

This offer is valid for Dividend Miles members residing in the United
States. Tickets must be purchased at usairways.com on or after Feb. 13,
2004, and all travel must be completed on or before June 15, 2004. Tickets
must be issued for travel solely on flights operated by US Airways, US
Airways Express and US Airways Shuttle. All published First Class and
Envoy Class fares are eligible as well as select Coach Class fares (Y, B,
M, U, H, or Q fare classes). Offer is not combinable with other flight
bonus mile offers.

Each award certificate is valid for one roundtrip Coach Class ticket for
travel on flights operated by US Airways, US Airways Express or US Airways
Shuttle in the continental U.S. or Canada between Sept. 1, 2004 and June
15, 2005. A Saturday night stay is required and capacity is controlled. A
maximum of two award certificates may be earned per member. Certificates
will be mailed to qualified members on a weekly basis beginning July 1,
