Galileo International, Inc., today announced it is providing a new Internet tool for travel professionals around the world to book confirmed, real-time golf tee times and golf packages, as well as earn commissions on more than 40 regional golf destinations throughout the United States.
Galileo and GoGolfTravel, of Newark, Del., have agreed to offer Galileo’s more than 41,000 travel agencies, located worldwide, access to the GoGolfTravel golf travel reservation network.  Galileo is a leader in global electronic distribution services for the travel industry.  GoGolfTravel is a leader in online golf travel reservation services.
With the agreement, GoGolfTravel is available to travel professionals through Galileo e-Agent?.  Galileo e-Agent is a predefined Internet portal conveniently available through Galileo’s desktop sales management solution, Viewpoint?.  Galileo e-Agent provides travel professionals with access to bookable travel content on the Internet. The link to GoGolfTravel is scheduled to be available this quarter.
