BridgeStreet Launches iPhone App

BridgeStreet®, the leading international provider of residences, serviced apartments and suites, today announced that it has launched a mobile application for the iPhone. BridgeStreet’s 20,000 locations across the globe are available for search, browsing and reservation via the app, which is free to download from iTunes.

With a simple interface and navigation features, guests can quickly search for apartments by destination; view property details; take photo tours, and review amenities and services before they book a reservation. Once their reservation is confirmed, guests have access to their itinerary and detailed arrival information including Google maps and directions to help them navigate their way to the apartment.

Sean Worker, BridgeStreet’s CEO, stated: “Given the sharp increase in the use of mobile technology among business travelers, we see the app as a critical part of BridgeStreet’s brand experience. Putting instantaneous information at the fingertips of those who need it is the perfect representation of our commitment to helping guests feel connected while on the road.”

“The mobile application is the latest extension of BridgeStreet’s integrated web-services technology that empowers both clients and guests with increased efficiency for interactions and allows BridgeStreet to provider even better services”, added Pete Gibson, BridgeStreet’s chief information officer. “Whether you’re a BridgeStreet guest using our mobile app to locate your apartment or a client utilizing our technology platform to manage your entire program, look for BridgeStreet to continue to provide innovations that enhance the serviced apartment experience.”

The enhanced mobile functionality offered by BridgeStreet’s iPhone app is a first for the serviced apartments sector. For those without an iPhone, point your phone’s browser to BridgeStreet’s mobile site at http://m.bridgestreet.com. Support for other mobile platforms will be available this summer.
