Absolute KBJ Hotel Services India has signed an hotel management contract with the Sun Group - a premium real estate developer based in Mumbai to develop - to launch and manage the Eastin Sun Hotel which will be the first Eastin branded hotel to add in the company’s portfolio for India.

The 120-room Eastin Sun Hotel Pune will be located in Phase 1 of the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, the largest IT Park and commercial area in Pune with easy access to Mumbai by air and 2 1/2 hours by rail or new expressway. Facilities in the hotel will include a multi cuisine restaurant, bar, gym and meeting/banquet rooms with cutting edge equipment to serve needs of business travelers. The hotel is due to be completed for opening in early 2012.

“Eastin Sun Hotel Pune is the first Eastin branded management contract in India. We will announce another two Eastin properties in the next three months,” said Mr. Jonathan Wigley, Chairman of Absolute KBJ Hotel Services India.
