Tutto Passa Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, Tutto Passa serves home-made pasta, rich sauces, and Italian flavors crafted for gathering and lingering. Amalfi Brunch takes place every Saturday from 1–4 PM, sun-drenched afternoons, and a family-style sharing menu with live cooking stations. Pricing starts at Dhs 375 per person, with house beverages at AED 495 and champagne free flow at AED 695. A live DJ sets the soundtrack for long, leisurely lunches. Little ones are invited too, with dedicated offerings to keep them engaged.

Maison Revka Open daily from 12:30, Maison Revka brings its signature French elegance and Slavic-inspired concept to the prestigious Delano Dubai. Located on the vibrant Bluewaters Island, Maison Revka offers a refined culinary journey where classic Slavic dishes are reimagined with the finest ingredients including caviar, salmon coulibiac, and pavlovas.

Gohan An intimate Japanese dining experience on Bluewaters Dubai, focusing on “elegant street food,” including robata-grilled skewers, sushi, and gyoza, with a terrace overlooking the water.

Blue Door Taste Anatolia’s Coastal Heritage in an alfresco garden by the sea, serving traditional Turkish mezze and grilled specialities, creating a harmony of flavours and culture in every dish from 5pm-1am daily. Mornings start with Turkish breakfast, with the table set with artisanal cheeses, fragrant olives, golden honeycomb, and freshly baked simit, as conversations linger as long as the tea flows.
