Starting today, SWISS will be offering culinary specialities from Canton Bern to First and Business Class travellers on its long-haul flights. The latest meal creations in the airline’s ‘SWISS Taste of Switzerland’ inflight food and beverage programme are from the kitchen of Marc Joshua Engel and Cynthia Lauper, co-hosts at the ‘Aux Trois Amis’ gourmet restaurant in Schernelz on Lake Biel. SWISS Premium Economy Class travellers can also enjoy a three-course meal aloft featuring specialities inspired by the Bern region.
