Il Bocconcino Tenerife has won its first Michelin Star
Il Bocconcino, headed up by Niki Pavanelli, at Royal Hideaway Corales Resort, Tenerife has won its first Michelin Star. Inspired by his hometown of Bologna, Chef Niki Pavanelli creates traditional Italian dishes with a ‘progressive’ twist. Establishing his own style by incorporating local Canarian produce, Chef Niki brings his culinary heritage to the destination.
Registrations Open for Tenerife’s Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro 2024
The best surfing in Europe returns to Tenerife next week. From 22 November to 8 December, Playa de Las Américas, on the southern coast of the island, will host a new edition of the Spring Surfest Las Américas Pro. The best surfers from the continent will gather at an event, sponsored by Tenerife Tourism Corporation, and jointly organised by the European Surfing Federation, the Spanish Surfing Federation, and the Canary Islands Surfing Federation.
