Nok Airlines signs on for Boeing deal

Boeing and Nok Airlines Public Company have announced a commitment to order eight Next-Generation 737-800s and seven 737 MAX 8s. The commitment, valued at $1.45 billion at list prices, will establish Nok Air as the first airline in Thailand to operate the 737 MAX.

Thai airline Nok Air is to serve its passengers to Nakhon Phanom operating out of Suvarnabhumi Airport during the period that Don Mueang Airport is closed due to the flood crisis.

Nok Air announces special flights during the flood crisis
Nok Air announces that it will be operating out of Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) during the current flood crisis in Bangkok, while Don Mueang Airport (DMK) is closed from 25 October 2011.
