Unveiling The Residences at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua will be Antigua’s first branded resort, combining luxury hospitality, real estate and lifestyle in one destination. The development will include 134 residences: 127 branded studios and one- to three-bedroom residences, plus seven four-bedroom luxury beachfront villas. Prices start at US$1.2 million for branded residences and US$5.5 million for beachfront villas. The project broke ground in October 2024. Residential sales are expected to launch in early 2026, completion is scheduled for Q4 2029, and the resort is planned to open in 2030. The residences are also eligible for Antigua & Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Program, giving buyers a potential route to second citizenship and visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 150+ countries.
Nikki Beach Announces Summer 2024 Beach Club Pop-Up in Baku, Azerbaijan
Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, the global luxury lifestyle hospitality company, is thrilled to announce the launch of a new pop-up beach club in Baku, Azerbaijan scheduled to open in early July 2024. The pop-up will be located along the coast of the Caspian Sea, where the brand’s permanent resort and beach club will open in 2025 as a part of the expansive Sea Breeze seaside resort and a residential complex owned by Emin Agalarov. The summer attraction will operate until mid-September, aligning with the Azerbaijan Grand Prix.
