The Liberal Democrats have outlined their transport proposals ahead the General Election, with a pledge to prevent “unscrupulous” airline fees chief among proposals. Planned expansion at London’s Heathrow will scrapped under a Nick Clegg’s potential leadership, while Air Passenger Duty will also come in for reform.
