TUI Group completes sale of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises
TUI Group has successfully completed the sale of its subsidiary Hapag-Lloyd Cruises to TUI Cruises. Hamburg-based TUI Cruises is a joint venture between TUI and Royal Caribbean Group.
Hapag-Lloyd Cruises to add expedition ship to fleet
TUI Group has confirmed it will invest in another new-build for its Hamburg-based subsidiary Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. The management of the cruise company signed a contract for another ship with the Norwegian Vard shipyard earlier.
Tui to shore up Hapag Lloyd
Tui has agreed in principle to meet part of the financial assistance to beleaguered shipping company Hapag Lloyd, which is partly sold off in March.
