BA, Iberia and American celebrate anniversary of transatlantic partnership
American Airlines, British Airways and Iberia are celebrating the success of their transatlantic partnership at the deal reaches its first anniversary. More than 12 million people have travelled on joint business flights in the last year to 40 cities in North America and Europe.
Virgin Australia links with Singapore Airlines for codeshare deal
Officials at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission have provisionally approved a codeshare agreement between Singapore Airlines and Virgin Australia. Under the proposed alliance, the airlines will cooperate on all aspects of their Australia – Singapore services and any international and domestic connecting routes, including joint pricing and scheduling and joint marketing and sales.

airberlin links up with Malev ahead of oneworld membership
airberlin and the Hungarian airline Malev will in future be offering their customers selected flights as codeshare services. The codeshare agreement applies to flights from October 30th 2011.

JetBlue inks codeshare deal with TAM Airlines
