Carlyle Group acquires ADA Cosmetics
Global alternative asset manager Carlyle Group has acquired ADA Cosmetics, an integrated supplier of hotel amenities and cosmetics, from Halder Private Equity. From its production facility in Kehl, ADA covers all parts of the value chain from research & development, design, production, sales and marketing to logistics.
Eurazeo sells stake in B&B Hotels
European investment stalwart Eurazeo has confirmed the sale of its stake in B&B Hotels Group to Carlyle Group. The chain – which has nearly doubled its network from 117 hotels in 2005 to 223 hotels today – changed hands in a deal worth approximately €480 million.
