Flamingo Las Vegas set for $90m accommodation overhaul
Caesars Entertainment will undertake a $90 million renovation of 1,270 rooms at Flamingo Las Vegas. The renovation will begin in late August 2017, with the first guest arrivals expected in November 2017, and final completion of all rooms expected in the second quarter of 2018.

Former Hertz chief takes over at Caesars Entertainment
Mark Frissora, former chief executive of Hertz Global, has been appointed chief executive of struggling Caesars Entertainment. He succeeds Gary Loveman, who will remain with the company to oversee the restructuring of the company’s largest division, Caesars Entertainment Operating, which filed for bankruptcy in January. Frissora left the car-rental giant in September last year.
