World’s largest professionally managed vacation rentals company adds more than 400 upscale units in the highly sought after Smoky Mountain region of eastern Tennessee.

Wyndham Vacation Rentals, the world’s largest professionally managed vacation rentals business, and part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of brands, announced today that it has acquired the Smoky Mountain Property Management business. Wyndham Vacation Rentals offers more than 95,000 properties in over 500 unique destinations, including over 7,000 units in North America.

Located in eastern Tennessee, the Smoky Mountain Property Management Group offers more than 400 upscale cabins and condominiums in the high-demand mountain destinations of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville, which are conveniently located outside of the main entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, America’s busiest national park, attracting more than nine million visitors each year.

The Smoky Mountain Property Management Group consists of a collection of locally known brands that include Legacy Mountain Resort, Majestic Mountain Vacations, Sherwood Forest Resort, Sugar Maple Cabins, The Preserve Resort and Gatlinburg Cabins Online®. These Tennessee resort locations will join the Wyndham Vacation Rentals portfolio, which features more than 25 established brands across the world including ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals, The Resort Company by Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Steamboat Resorts by Wyndham Vacation Rentals in the United States.
