World Travel Awards gears up for silver anniversary
World Travel Awards has begun preparations for its 25th anniversary – honouring a quarter of a century recognising leaders in the international hospitality sector.
Celebrations for the silver anniversary will kick off this April in Ras Al Khaimah.
An up and coming United Arab Emirates holiday hotspot, the destination boasts a balmy climate, traditional culture, sandy beaches, and a wealth of activities to keep visitors entertained.
World Travel Awards will host the annual Middle East Gala Ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah on April 19th.
As part of the Grand Tour 2018, World Travel Awards will also visit Greek capital Athens, Jamaica, Hong Kong, Guayaquil in Ecuador, the South African city of Durban, and Portuguese tourism hotspot Lisbon.
World Travel Awards founder, Graham Cooke, said: “World Travel Awards has maintained its position as the industry leader for the past 25 years, consistently proving its value as a benchmark for excellence in the hospitality business globally.
“This year will be extra special as we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary so there is a lot to look forward to, starting with our Middle East Gala Ceremony 2018 at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.”
